Morning routine:
Wake up early, around 6 am and go for short run or jog. Physical exercise streams the blood inside your body and you feel more energy in the morning and during the day.
Live foods: In order to be productive during the day you must feed your body with live foods. Process food and sugary foods will make you tired, fat and not very smart. So eat live foods as much as you can during the day and feed your body and mind with green energy. Smoothies are great way to consume vegetables and fruits.

Mental preparations:
When you think about something you are sending a signal to your brain and the more positive signals you will send to your body the better results you will get. Professional athletes use them daily to win in competitions.
So think about how you want your day to be, think about all the great people you are going to meet, all the great things you are going to do, create the perfect day in your mind right now. This will help you to focus on the things you want to achieve during the day, see yourself achieving this goal or outcome.

Power questions:
If you think about this we are always asking question inside our mind. For example how do you create doubt? You ask yourself a question: “Will I make it?” “Can I do it?” This is how you create doubt, by asking negative questions. So ask yourself the power questions like: “What is great in my life right now?”, “What can I be grateful about today?”, “What great things will happen to me today?”,
“What is great about this “Problem”?”
Use those questions to switch your focus, create certainty and good emotions inside yourself.

Less stress:
One if the best ways to be productive during the day is to reduce the stress to minimum. Very often we create stress by little things, like looking for the keys in the morning, choosing the right clothes to wear and thinking about what we want to achieve today.
One of the best ways is to be prepared in advance, prepare the food, the clothes, plan your day, know what you are eating and taking for lunch. You have to reduce all the thinking to zero, when you wake up your close are near your bead, your running shoes are ready, you know exactly when you have to leave home to get on time to work and you planned your day the evening before.
It seems very intuitive but believe me it doesn't, all this thinking about what to do next is taking a lot of mental power and get frustrated because you are rushing to the bus, you didn't drink your coffee and you forgot the lunch at home. So reduce the stress to minimum and you will be much more successful during your day.
